Ichiban steak & sushi is a Japanese hibachi and sushi restaurant located at Alpharetta and Cumming, Georgia. We source our products locally to support the local economy and other small business owners. All of our filet mignons, strip steak, and ribeye cuts are from Georgia Hereford cows and Georgia ranchers. Also, our Salmon is sourced from Norway or Scotland, which is far superior to the South American Salmon. One of my favorite 'treat' restaurants in the north Atlanta area. I bring my cross country and golf teams here for special events and we always have a great time and the food is delicious. The manager is so accommodating! Can't wait for my next visit!

I have eaten at many Japanese steakhouses and this is one of the best. Great flavor and portions. The bacon fried rice is FANTASTIC!
Wonderful place to go for quality sushi. My favorite is the OMG roll and the Ichiban roll. Staff is always very friendly, and makes this great place to go for a sushi lunch.
